The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) announced for Thursday, September 29, 2016, at 14:00, a public session for approval of three draft Administrative Board Decisions: the Methodology of production costs allocation for reserved and non-reserved postal services, the Methodology of tariff setting procedure for universal postal service and a draft decision on amending a number of previous Administrative Board Decisions. The meeting will take place at ANRCETI office (134, Stefan cel Mare bd., et. 5, Conference hall).
The first draft decision was proposed for public consultations on ANRCETI web page in the timeframe June 21 – July 21, 2016. The comments and recommendations submitted to ANRCETI on these documents are included in the summary of recommendations, available here.
The Explanatory Note to the Methodology of production costs allocation for reserved and non-reserved postal services informs that the Methodology was drafted under Art. 40 (3) of Law on Postal Communications no. 36 of 17.03.2016 and establishes the method of production costs allocation per reserved and non-reserved postal services provided by State Company "Posta Moldovei" as the universal postal service provider designated by the same law.
The Explanatory Note to the Methodology of tariff setting procedure for universal postal services specifies that the document was developed in accordance with Art. 4, (2) f) and Art. 40 (3) of Law No.36 of 03.17.2016 and was subject to public consultation between July 8 - August 8, 2016.
The Explanatory Note to the draft decision on amending a number of previous Administrative Board Decisions specifies the amendments proposed for Board Decisions no. 17 02 June 2010 (Official Gazette of RM, 2010, no.91-93, art. 333) and no. 16 of July 21, 2016 (Official Gazette of RM, 2016, no. 232-244, art. 1228).
