National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) reminds that public electronic communications service providers are required to submit to ANRCETI, by January 20, 2018, the information on quality of service values measured in the fourth quarter of 2017, for four types of services: fixed telephony, Internet access, mobile telephony and television. This obligation is prescribed in ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision no. 278 of 17.11.2009, on establishing quality parameters for public electronic communications services, modified and completed by Decision no. 68 of 12.11.2015.

According to these decisions, providers are required to publish quarterly data on measured values of quality parameters for the four types of electronic communications services in their commercial offices and/or their Internet sites, by the 30th of the month following the quarter, and submit this information to ANRCETI 10 days before the date of their publication.

The values of the quality parameters for the above-mentioned types of services need to be presented and published on standard forms, approved by the ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision no. 2 of 03.02.2016. The relevant forms are downloadable on ANRCETI official web site: http://anrceti.md. They will be properly filled-in and sent to ANRCETI.

The completed forms will be sent to ANRCETI in one of the following ways: by personal delivery or by the provider’s representative at the ANRCETI office (134 Stefan cel Mare Bd, Chisinau, MD 2012), under signature or by the postal service with confirmation of delivery to ANRCETI address. Additionally, providers submit the forms to ANRCETI electronically, to the following e-mail address: raport.calitate@anrceti.md.
