National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI – www.anrceti.md) is announcing public session to approve draft decisions on identification of two relevant markets: voice call termination in individual mobile telephony networks and voice call termination in fixed telephone networks. The session is scheduled for Tuesday, July 13, at 14.00, in ANRCETI office, 5th floor, conference room (134, Stefan cel Mare bd.).

The session with the above-mentioned agenda was initially planned to take place on July 6, but it was postponed due to a number of objections on the draft documents, forwarded by company Orange Moldova the day before the session, that required additional consideration.

All the documents accompanying the draft decision – explanatory notes, summaries, the market analysis and the recommendations on these drafts – are included in the information under the heading “Administrative Board will approve the final draft decision of identification of two relevant markets”, placed on the Agency website on June 18, 2010.
