National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) hereby reminds the providers of electronic communications networks and/or services about their obligation to submit to ANRCETI, before April 10, 2011, their reports for the first quarter of the current year on their revenues generated from electronic communications activities.

This obligation is set in the Instruction on Regulatory and Monitoring Fee, approved by ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision no. 17 (doc. in state language) of June 02, 2010 (Official Gazette of the republic of Moldova, 2010, no.91-93 (3624-3626), art. 333). Pursuant to this document, the providers must submit to the agency, before the 10^th of the month following the reported quarter, a report on the revenue generated from their electronic communications activities, by filling in a pre-set form available in the Annex (in state language) to the Instruction. The Report can be provided by post (MD-2012, 134, Stefan cel Mare bd., Chisinau mun.), fax (0-22-222-885) or e-mail (plata.reglementare@anrceti.md). The Reports sent by fax or e-mail are obligatorily to be confirmed by presenting the original document.

ANRCETI notifies the providers that non-compliance with the requirement to submit, within the specified time limits, the reports on income derived from electronic communications, including the report with the indicator “zero” for this activity, shall be considered an offense under the Contravention Code and shall be punishable accordingly.
