Mission
The mission of the Secretariat and Human Resource Service is to perform secretarial duties; to oversee execution of documents by the agency’s subdivisions, analyze and plan the human resource policy, arrange requested audience for citizens with the Agency leadership.

Basic functions:
     perform secretarial duties, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, systematically oversee the execution of documents by the Agency subdivisions properly and in due time;
     oversee the process of normative acts enforcement, in compliance with working plans and indications of the Agency Administrative Board;
     arrange registration of citizens, requesting audience with the Director and Deputy Directors;
     develop of procedures for human resource planning, selection and recruitment;
     analyze data with respect to document circulation, work with petitions and arrange audience of citizens with the Agency leadership.
