National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

On November 29-30, 2018, a team of ANRCETI specialists took part in a workshop organized in Chisinau, under TAIEX technical assistance tool, on aspects of licensing conditions, spectrum allocation and mobile services quality, including broadband. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure and of the Public Institution "National Service for Radio Frequency Management". The workshop was delivered by two experts from the Communication Regulatory Authority of Slovenia (AKOS).

The TAIEX experts shared their experience and best practices on mobile service licensing conditions, monitoring of imposed obligations, tender procedures for assigning the radio spectrum.

This is the second workshop in 2018, within the TAIEX technical assistance and exchange program, offered to ANRCETI by the European Commission. So far, ANRCETI has benefited from ten TAIEX technical assistance projects focusing on topical issues in the field of electronic and postal communications.

The TAIEX program is a technical assistance and information exchange tool of the EC, which supports the authorities in transposing and implementing European Union (EU) legislation in beneficiary countries. This program provides training to the specialist from beneficiary countries by assistance from experts from EU countries.
