Public Consultation on Draft Methodology of Cost Allocation for Reserved and Non-Reserved Services of State Company "Posta Moldovei"
The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) has published on its website, for public consultation, the draft (.pdf) Administrative Board Decision on approving the Methodology of Cost Allocation for reserved and non-reserved services of state company "Posta Moldovei". The consultation will last through July 7, 2016, which is the deadline for submitting recommendations on the document.
According to the Explanatory Note, the legal basis for drafting this document is the provisions of Law on Postal Communications No 36 of 03/17/2016.
Interested parties are invited to send comments and recommendations on the draft document under public consultation in written form by post to the ANRCETI address: 134, Stefan cel Mare bd, MD-2012, Chisinau, Moldova, fax: 022-222-885 and/or e-mail: office@anrceti.md.
