ANRCETI is announcing public consultations on new draft Administrative Board decision
The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI - www.anrceti.md) has displayed for public consultation, on its website, draft (doc. in state language) Administrative Board Decision to approve the Instruction on regulatory and monitoring fee. The consultation will last 20 calendar days. The deadline for submitting recommendations on the document is May 11, 2010.
The draft document was developed pursuant to Article. 9 (1) s), Article 10. (1) e) of the Electronic Communications Law No. 241-XVI of 15 November 2007 and aims to facilitate the enforcement of the provisions of Article 12. (5) of the same Law.
The Explanatory Note accompanying the draft document provides arguments to justify the need for such a decision by the fact that it will solve a number of issues of record-keeping the providers of electronic communications networks and/or services face.
