You are welcome to address such and other inquiries to the Agency via a Green line – 080080080.
The Agency launched the Green line for emergency situations involving electronic communications service users.
By number 080080080 the service can be accessed by any user in any locality of the country on business days during work schedule: 8.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 – 17.00. Calls are free of charge.
By using the Green line users can refer to the Agency with notifications and petitions, where they allege breaches of their rights. Those interested can also be advised on different issues related to electronic communications service provision, including their rights as users and the obligations of service providers in relation to their users.
Queries by green line are duly recorded and subsequently considered by the Agency specialists, who provide replies by phone or by mail.
