ANRCETI has approved new regulations on dispute resolution in electronic communications

The users of electronic communications services who consider their rights have been violated by service providers are expected to address to the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) for dispute resolution. This is a clause from the new Regulations on Dispute Resolution in Electronic Communications, approved by ANRCETI Administrative Board and published in the Official Gazette on October 28, 2008.

The Instruction on Technical Permit Issuance to Authorize Use of Radio Communications stations has come into effect today, October 28. The document sets forth the new rules governing the activity in this area.
