7.09.2009EBRD technical assistance project in electronic communications to be launched in october The technical assistance project “Communications Regulatory Development” offered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Development (ANRCETI), is scheduled to be launched in October.
