16.03.2010Volume of audiovisual market sales drop by 4,2% in 2009 In 2009, the total volume of sales on the market of broadcasting and retransmission of audiovisual programs equaled 225,85 mil. lei, which is a decrease by 4,2%, or by 10 million lei. 13.03.2010ANRCETI announces public consultations on new administrative board decision The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI – www.anrceti.md) has placed on its Internet page, for public consultations, draft (doc. in state language) Administrative Board Decision on imposing special ex-ante obligations to JSC „Moldtelecom”, given the company’s significant power on the market of call termination and origination in its own fixed telephone network. 12.03.2010Licenses for the use of limited resources on electronic communications market can be conceded to third parties Starting with March 12, licenses for the use of radio frequencies/channels and numbering resources can be conceded, at the initiative of license holders, providers of public electronic communications networks, according to the procedure established by the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI – www.anrceti.md).
