26.03.2010First two electronic communications relevant markets were identified The Administrative Board of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI - www.anrceti.md) approved two decisions, which identified two relevant markets: the market wholesale access to network infrastructure at a fixed location and the market of wholesale broadband access. The decisions were published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova on March 26. The identified markets are the first of the list of 10 markets defined by the Agency to be analyzed in order to identify the markets susceptible to ex-ante regulation. Details |
19.03.2010EBRD technical assistance project offered to electronic communications regulator continues On March 22-26, a team of experts from the consulting company Great Village International Consultants (GVIC) from Canada will arrive in Chisinau to continue the technical assistance project, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), provided to the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI – www.anrceti.md). 18.03.2010Electronic communications network providers are kindly requested to fill in a questionnaire The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI – www.anrceti.md) requests electronic communications network providers to take note and fill in a questionnaire on optic fiber identification technologies, sent to ANRCETI by the Telecommunications Standardization Bureau (TSB) of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
